The International Society of Ultrasound in Obstetrics and Gynecology (ISUOG) is a charitable organisation dedicated to improving women’s health through the provision and advancement of the highest quality education, standards, and research on ultrasound in obstetrics and gynecology.

Shocklogic’s relationship with ISUOG dates back to 2014, and they are one of our most valued and stable clients. We regularly support their events with registration solutions, badging, scanning, and lead tracking.

The event

ISUOG’s 31st World Congress, which ran from 15-17 October 2021, delivered a state-of-the-art scientific programme created and presented by world renowned experts.  

It was a large-scale virtual conference with 3100 total registrations from 134 different countries. This was the second year the congress was delivered entirely online.

What we provided

Shocklogic handled every aspect of the event’s registration, supplying both software and services to manage the entire process. 16 members of our team were involved in the project.

Here is a breakdown of what we provided:

• Registration profiles and forms
• Secure API integration with their virtual platform provider, including single sign-on (SSO)
• Day-to-day registration management services, including training, consultancy, and dedicated help desk
• Customisation and development
• Statistics and reconciliation reports

The result

We are as always very grateful for your hard work and for your valuable contribution to our second virtual Congress, which attracted over 3,000 participants from 133 countries.
