THE CLIENT

The International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ISAPS) is the global leading professional organisation for board-certified aesthetic plastic surgeons, boasting membership from the world’s most renowned reconstructive and aesthetic plastic surgeons across 113 countries. Founded in 1970, ISAPS was established to provide a platform for the exchange of ideas and knowledge, advancing the field of aesthetic plastic surgery. The society is dedicated to offering continuing education to its members, including updates on new procedures and techniques in the field.

THE EVENT

The 26th ISAPS World Congress was a large-scale hybrid event held in Istanbul, Turkey from September 20th to 24th, 2022. With over 400 faculty members and more than 250 learning hours, the congress brought together delegates from 70 different countries to discuss the latest advancements in aesthetic plastic surgery. The event featured lectures and discussions on topics ranging from facial rejuvenation and regenerative medicine to salvage procedures after failed aesthetic surgery.

WHAT WE PROVIDED

We were delighted to continue our partnership with ISAPS in 2022, following a successful collaboration in 2021 on their first ever hybrid event. The project involved 12 members of the Shocklogic team, 4 of whom travelled to Istanbul to support the live event and run the onsite registration desks. John, Gianna, and Elvis travelled from London, and Linas travelled from Alytus, Lithuania.

The solutions we provided for the conference included:

• Scanning and attendance tracking
• Exhibitor lead tracking

RESULTS

The ISAPS World Congress 2022 provided the opportunity for attendees to deepen their knowledge and connect with leading experts in the field. The congress reflected ISAPS’ commitment to promoting excellence in aesthetic plastic surgery, and its dedication to providing continuing education to its members. Both ISAPS and Shocklogic were extremely pleased with the outcome. The successful integration of technology and on-site support made the event a seamless and valuable experience for all attendees.
