Oscar is a past Board Member and Trustee of PCMA, current Board member of Saceos, member of the scientific board of the Latam CVBs Association, Chair of ICESAP and founder of MPI Chapters (Meetings Professional International). He has designed, run, and participated in summits, workshops, think tanks, and labs for both associations (e.g. AIPC, PCMA, SACEOS, ICCA) and governments (e.g. Australia, Singapore, Brazil, Mexico, Oman, Malaysia). He has taught at universities in Barcelona, London, and Milan and has collaborated with various industry publications.
