ISUOG is the leading international society of experts in ultrasound for obstetrics and gynecology, delivering education to members in 140 countries. Founded in 1991, the charitable organisation has a long-term vision to improve women’s health through universal access to ultrasounds and competent and effective diagnosis of obstetric and gynecologic conditions.

THE EVENT
The ISUOG 32nd World Congress was the society’s first-ever hybrid event taking place in London from 16-18 September 2022; delegates could attend in-person or online via webinars. Experts in the field of ultrasound for obstetrics and gynecology participated in lectures and workshops and were provided with an overview of the society’s accomplishments in the past year. The congress was also an opportunity for the society to strengthen its community, enabling colleagues to meet and share knowledge with the added flexibility of an online component. Of the 3,034 participants, 1,118 attended the congress in-person, and 1,916 joined virtually.
